Rehash Structure - Novuss Home

Rehash Dealer Lead

Dealer Lead = A dealer lead is a lead that is self-generated by anyone at Novuss Home.

  • Once the deal is sold or the credit is qualified the information will be uploaded to the Novuss CRM (Will be set to the correct disposition)

  • If the project is considered "Sold" and the sales rep is not helping the project move forward.

    • Novuss Home can reach out within "14 days" to fix the deal, a 30% deduction will be deducted from the rep's commission.

      • If the deal is considered "Canceled" the deduction will be increased to 50%

  • If the project is considered "Credit Qualified" or "Contract Sent" and the dealer has not obtained a contract signature within "21 days"

    • Novuss Home can reach out within "21 days", if the rehash team can get the deal to the "Closed Won" stage there will be a 70% deduction from the sales rep commission.

Rehash Inside Sales Leads

Inside Sales Lead = A lead or appointment that is provided by Novuss Home (Marketing partners or any lead/appointment assigned to an inside sales rep).

  • Once a lead is assigned to a rep they have "7 days to schedule an appointment"

    • Once the appointment is scheduled there is an "additional 7 days to close the deal and sign the contract"

    • If the appointment is closed by the original inside sales closer the commission is as follows

      • 50% Novuss Home

      • 50% Novuss Home

        • The redline is reflected in the sales agreement.

        • If the sale is closed by another closer or reassigned to another closer the previous closer will get 0% since the previous closer did not get the contract signature.

    • If the appointment is "Closed Won" and the inside sales rep is not helping the deal move forward within "14 days of being notified about the issue"

      • Novuss Home will contact the homeowner and the commission will be as follows

        • 50% - Novuss Home

        • 25% - Original Closer who signed deal

        • 25% - Rehash Team

          • The redline is reflected in the inside sales agreement.

    • If the appointment is dispositioned as "Contract Sent" and the "homeowner does not sign within 14 days"

      • Novuss Home will contact the homeowner and the commission will be as follows

        • 50% - Novuss Home

        • 40% - Rehash Team

        • 10% - Original closer who sent the contract

          • This only applies when the original closer qualified the credit and sent the contract to the homeowner.

          • If the credit was not qualified and the contract was not sent, the original closer will make 0% and the rehash team will keep the additional 10%

          • The redline is reflected in the sales agreement
